    Goals

The organization is currently seeking funding to create an infrastructure to include the purchase of a building and specialized equipment. The goal of VRMI is to be a place in which interdisciplinary trainees and researchers come together from around the world to create, test, and develop clinical protocols to be disseminated throughout the medical and psychological community. As technology advances, many of these advances can then be disseminated to the individual citizen, empowering all to become active participants in their own healthcare. IMI-E realizes that the mind and body work in concert to affect quality of life in individuals, and is continuously researching new areas in the mental and physical healthcare fields where advanced technologies can have a positive impact.
